Breakfast Shake

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup cold water
  • 2 scoops chocolate protein powder
  • 1 tsp instant coffee granulated
  • 5 ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Fat-Burning Mocha Madness
  2. In a blender, mix ½ cup of cold water (you can add more or less water depending on the consistency you prefer).
  3. Add 2 scoops of nutrient-rich chocolate-flavored protein powder.
  4. Add 1 tsp of granulated instant coffee.
  5. Gradually add 5 ice cubes to thicken.
  6. Blend on high for one minute (in a pinch, this shake can also be made by simply mixing ingredients together in a glass with a spoon).
  7. Drink yourself skinny!
