Breakfast Veggie Sandwich

Ingredients

  • 2 large Eggs
  • 1/2 cup Vegetables diced
  • 1 ounce Cheddar cheese low-fat
  • 1 whole Whole wheat English Muffins
  • 1 tablespoon Pesto sauce

Instructions

  1. #1 crack the 2 large egs into a microwave egg poacher ad add 1/2 cup vegetables(of you choice).
  2. #2 cook for 1.5 minutes.
  3. #3 top w/ 1 oz. low-fat cheddar cheese.
  4. #4 layer on 1 toasted whole wheat english muffin
  5. #5 spread w/ 1 tbsp pesto
