Breakfast Shake (Alias Kps Breakfast-On-The-Run!)

Ingredients

  • 1 Cube tofu (optional); (1
  • 1/4 c Any flavor yogurt or use
  • 8 oz milk

Instructions

  1. Tofu makes it frothy and thick. Place all ingredients in blender. Blend for 1 minute or until frothy. Its a great “breakfast-on-the-run”. Try using 1/3 cup milk and 2/3 cup orange juice with plain yogurt. Or substitute a raw egg for the yogurt. (Either supply you with the protein you need to start the day.)
