Overnight Breakfast Casserole
Ingredients
- 9 Eggs beaten
- 3 cups milk
- 3 slices bread broken into pieces
- 1 1/2 tsp dijon mustard or 1/4 tsp dry mustard
- 1/4 tsp fresh ground black pepper
- 1 1/2 cups shredded sharp or mild cheddar
- 1 lb pork sausage browned & drained
- 4 -5 green onions chopped thin
- 1 medium green pepper chopped
- 8 oz white mushrooms thinnly sliced
Instructions
- Combine the above ingredients.
- Pour into a greased 9 x 13 pan. Store in refrigerator overnight.
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
- Bake uncovered 45 minutes or until done and edges are lightly browned.
- Use knife to check doneness.
- Let sit 15 minutes before serving.
