Breakfast Garbage Bowl (Healthy)
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup quinoa
- 1 cup water
- 1/4 cup Strawberries chopped
- 1/4 cup blueberries
- Honey
- 1/4 cup dried fruit of choice (raisins, craisins, cherries, etc)
- 1 tablespoon almond butter optional
Instructions
- 1. Cook quinoa on stovetop with water according to package directions. I prefer cooking mine the night before because this bowl is best when the quinoa is cold.
- 2. Garbage bowl mix in the rest of the toppings.
