Crock Pot Breakfast Casserole
Ingredients
- 8 Strips Bacon Cooked and crumbled
- 1 Onion Diced
- 1 Red bell pepper Diced
- 1 Clove Garlic Chopped
- 2 pounds Frozen hash browns
- 12 Eggs Beaten
- 1 cup Milk
- 1 1/2 cups Cheddar cheese Shredded
- 1 teaspoon Dried dill
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 1/4 teaspoon Black pepper
Instructions
- Spray crock pot with non stick cooking spray.
- Sauté onion, garlic, and bell pepper for 5 mins.
- Place 1/3 hash browns in bottom of crock pot.
- Layer 1/3 bacon, 1/3 vegetables, and 1/3 cheese.
- Repeat layers ending with cheese.
- In a large bowl, mix eggs, milk, dill, salt, and pepper.
- Pour over ingredients in crock pot.
- Cover and cook on low 8-10 hours.
- When done, internal temp will be 160°.
