Stuffed Bell Peppers Breakfast Style
Ingredients
- 16 oz Ricotta Cheese part skim
- 10 Eggs
- 1 lb Sliced Mushrooms
- 3 Chicken Sausages chopped
- 8 oz Spinach chopped
- 1 onion diced
- 6 Bell Peppers
- Seasonings
- Lentils ?
- 1 tsp garlic
Instructions
- Saute mushrooms and onions. Chop sausages
- Mix together all ingredients
- Bake at 350 for 1 hour
- Salt, Pepper, No-Salt mix, Turmeric, Cumin, Paprika, Cayenne, Curry??
- Try baking in muffin tins
