Z’s Morning Fruit Smoothie with Fresh Spinach

Ingredients

  • 5 oz Acai Juice
  • 5 oz Soy or Almond Milk
  • 5 oz Frozen Strawberries
  • 5 oz Frozen Blueberries
  • 1.5 each Frozen Banana
  • 2 oz Fresh Spinach

Instructions

  1. All measurements are by weight.
  2. The night before, fill your blender “pitcher” with all ingredients and place in the refrigerator.
  3. Place blender pitcher on a digital scale and measure ingredients by weight.
  4. The next morning, place on blender base and “chop” for about 1 minute.
  5. If needed….. Pulse a number of times to get desired consistency.
  6. Enjoy
