Z’s Morning Fruit Smoothie with Fresh Spinach
Ingredients
- 5 oz Acai Juice
- 5 oz Soy or Almond Milk
- 5 oz Frozen Strawberries
- 5 oz Frozen Blueberries
- 1.5 each Frozen Banana
- 2 oz Fresh Spinach
Instructions
- All measurements are by weight.
- The night before, fill your blender “pitcher” with all ingredients and place in the refrigerator.
- Place blender pitcher on a digital scale and measure ingredients by weight.
- The next morning, place on blender base and “chop” for about 1 minute.
- If needed….. Pulse a number of times to get desired consistency.
