BB-Morning eggs

Ingredients

  • 2 large Eggs or
  • 10 medium quail eggs or
  • 2 small duck egg
  • 2 thick slices whole grain bread or
  • 2 thick slices rice bread or
  • 2 thick slices multigrain bread
  • 2 small cucumbers sliced or
  • 1 large Red bell pepper sliced or
  • 1.5 cups Cherry tomatoes

Instructions

  1. Cook the egg/s, season with
  2. salt and ground black
  3. pepper. Serve with the bread
  4. and veggies. Enjoy!
