Breakfast Wrap
Ingredients
- 1 Small wrap
- 1 Egg
- 1/4 cup Spinach
- 1/8 cup Mushrooms
- 2 teaspoons Flaxseeds
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Chop spinach and mushrooms
- Mix vegetables in with egg adding salt to taste
- Cook mixture on medium to low heat in a pan on stove, stirring regularly
- Once curds have formed and mixture is cooked to prefered consistancy
- pour cooked mixture onto the wrap and fold it up
