Breakfast Wrap

Ingredients

  • 1 Small wrap
  • 1 Egg
  • 1/4 cup Spinach
  • 1/8 cup Mushrooms
  • 2 teaspoons Flaxseeds
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Chop spinach and mushrooms
  2. Mix vegetables in with egg adding salt to taste
  3. Cook mixture on medium to low heat in a pan on stove, stirring regularly
  4. Once curds have formed and mixture is cooked to prefered consistancy
  5. pour cooked mixture onto the wrap and fold it up
