Breakfast Burrito
Ingredients
- 50 ml Milk
- 1 Egg
- Pinch Ground cumin
- 50 grams Quark Cheese
- 25 grams Black beans
- 1/2 Red pepper
- 1 tablespoon Fresh Coriander Chopped
- 1 tablespoon Salsa
Instructions
- Whisk Egg, Milk, Cumin and cook in pan
- When almost cooked through add pepper beans and cheese
- Fold omelette over and leave to cook through
- Serve with coriander and salsa
