Sunny Side Up Eggs

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 large egg
  • Kosher salt
  • Freshly ground black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a small nonstick over medium-low heat, heat oil until shimmering. Crack egg into pan. Cook 3 to 4 minutes, or until white is opaque and the edges are just beginning to brown. Remove from pan and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Serve with your favorite breakfast sides.
