Crock Pot - Wakeup Casserole
Ingredients
- cooking spray
- 10 Hash Browns patties, or loose
- 12 ounce Cooked ham or ground sausage
- 3 cups Cheddar cheese shredded
- 1 dozen Eggs
- 1 cup 2% Milk
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper
Instructions
- Coat inside of slow cooker with cooking spray and head on low.
- Arrange half hash browns on bottom of slow cooker. Tip with ham/sausage and 1 cup cheese
- Repeat with remaining ingredients.
- In bowl, wisk eggs, milk, salt and pepper
- Pour eggs on top of slow cooker, cover. Cook for 6 hours
- Top with 1 cup cheese and cook for 30 more minutes.
