Crock Pot - Wakeup Casserole

Ingredients

  • cooking spray
  • 10 Hash Browns patties, or loose
  • 12 ounce Cooked ham or ground sausage
  • 3 cups Cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1 dozen Eggs
  • 1 cup 2% Milk
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper

Instructions

  1. Coat inside of slow cooker with cooking spray and head on low.
  2. Arrange half hash browns on bottom of slow cooker. Tip with ham/sausage and 1 cup cheese
  3. Repeat with remaining ingredients.
  4. In bowl, wisk eggs, milk, salt and pepper
  5. Pour eggs on top of slow cooker, cover. Cook for 6 hours
  6. Top with 1 cup cheese and cook for 30 more minutes.
