Pastry Egg Breakfast
Ingredients
- 1/4 c Heavy cream
- 1 c Havarti cheese Grated
- 1 green pepper Finely diced
- 2 green onions Minced
- 8 Eggs
- 8 sl bacon Diced
- 8 Vol-au-vent shells
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400. Bake shells for 15 minutes. Mix eggs with cream. Fry bacon, add peppers & saute until tender. Pour off half the fat. Add eggs & green onions; sir until cooked.
