Ingredients

  • 1 Whole wheat English Muffins
  • 1 Egg
  • 1/2 Plum tomatoes
  • 1/4 Avocado
  • 1 slice Low fat Swiss cheese
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil

Instructions

  1. Cook egg.
  2. Toast English muffin.
  3. Slice tomato and avocado.
  4. Put cooked egg on toasted English muffin.
  5. Add sliced tomato and avocado.
  6. Add slice of Swiss cheese.
  7. Add olive oil.
  8. Optional: dip in ketchup
