Dr.Oz Breakfast Sandwich
Ingredients
- 1 Whole wheat English Muffins
- 1 Egg
- 1/2 Plum tomatoes
- 1/4 Avocado
- 1 slice Low fat Swiss cheese
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
Instructions
- Cook egg.
- Toast English muffin.
- Slice tomato and avocado.
- Put cooked egg on toasted English muffin.
- Add sliced tomato and avocado.
- Add slice of Swiss cheese.
- Add olive oil.
- Optional: dip in ketchup
