Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons hemp seeds
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon dried coconut optional
  • 1/2 cup greek yogurt
  • 1/2 frozen banana optional
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 tablespoons Warrior Food protein powder or similar whey protein

Instructions

  1. Mix all of the above ingredients in blender.
