Breakfast Blend
Ingredients
- 1 cup Ground Flaxseed ground
- 1/2 cup Pumpkin Seeds ground
- 1/2 cup Sunflower Seeds ground
- 1/2 cup dried coconut flakes dessicated
Instructions
- Grind flax seed by it self.
- Sunflower seeds and pumpkin seeds can be ground together.
- Add coconut at end.
