Egg Muffins
Ingredients
- 10 Eggs
- 1/4 cups Spinach
- 2 pieces Bacon
- 1/4 cup Shredded cheese
Instructions
- 1. In a mixing bowl, crack eggs and whisk well.
- 2. Add dash of salt and pepper to taste.
- 3. Add spinach, bacon, cheese, and mix well.
- 4. Divide egg mixture among 12 muffin tins.
- 5. Back at 375 degrees for 15-18 minutes or until eggs are set.
- 6. Refrigerate once cooled.
