Abs Diet lunch - The Clubman

Ingredients

  • 2 slices whole wheat bread
  • 2 slices reduced-sodium smoked turkey
  • 2 green leaf lettuce or spinach leaves
  • 1 slice provolone cheese
  • 1/2 avocado sliced

Instructions

  1. Toast the bread and top with the rest of the ingredients. You won’t need mayonnaise. The avocado will moisten the sandwich nicely.
