Noom Hearty Breakfast Egg Sandwich

Ingredients

  • 1 Egg
  • 1 Egg white
  • 1 Whole wheat English Muffin toasted
  • 1/4 cup Avocado mashed
  • 1 slice Reduced Fat Cheddar cheese
  • 2 slices Tomato

Instructions

  1. Spread avocado on bottom half of muffin. Scramble egg and egg white in a skillet coated with cooking spray. Place scrambled eggs on top of avocado-spread. Top with 1 slice cheese and tomato slices.
