Breakfast Casserole
Ingredients
- 8 slices Bread
- 6 each Eggs
- 2 cups milk
- 8 slices Cheese (Cheese type of your choice)
- 1 small can Mushrooms sliced
- 1 pound Sausage cooked, crumbled and drained
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Onion Juice or small chopped onion
Instructions
- Butter a 9 X 13 inch dish.
- Trim crust from bread.
- Line the buttered dish with the bread.
- Cover the bread with cheese slices.
- Drain mushrooms and put on top of cheese.
- Place crumbled sausage on top of mushrooms.
- Mix eggs, milk, salt, onion juice, and dry muster by beating thoroughly.
- Pour egg mixture over the other ingredients in dish.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 60 to 70 minutes
