Berry breakfast smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 Cup Baby spinach
- 1 Carrot
- 2 Tbs Ground flaxseed
- 1/4 Cup Almonds
- 1 Small apple
- 1/2 Cup Berry juice
- 1/2 Cup Low fat vanilla yogurt
- 1/2 Cup Frozen mixed berries
Instructions
- Throw in blender all but yogurt. Blend thoroughly. Add yogurt and blend a few more seconds.
