Healthy No Bake Granola Breakfast Pie

Ingredients

  • 3 cup granola
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 1/2 cup greek yogurt
  • 1/3 cup almonds chopped
  • 1/2 cup raspberries
  • 1/2 cup blackberries
  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries

Instructions

  1. 1. In a large bowl, mix the granola, chopped almonds, cinnamon, and peanut butter until combined.
  2. 2. Add the granola mixture into a 9-inch pizza pan lined with parchment paper. Press down firmly.
  3. 3. Chill for an hour to let it set. Or you can leave it in the fridge overnight
  4. 4. Remove from pan, then top with yogurt. Add your favorite fruit and toppings. Serve and enjoy!
