Ingredients

  • 1/2 Cup Peanut butter
  • 1 cup milk
  • handful of ice cubes
  • 1 cup Strawberries Wash/rinse
  • 1 Banana
  • 1/2 Cup Oats
  • 1 Tsp Raw honey

Instructions

  1. Throw it all in a blender, blend until a smooth texture
