Ingredients

  • 1/4 ts Salt
  • 2 md Potatoes peeled and sliced
  • 1/4 c Cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1/4 ts Garlic salt
  • 1/8 ts Pepper
  • 1/4 c onion Sliced

Instructions

  1. Coat a 9“ microwave safe plate with nonstick cooking spray. Arrange potato and onion slices on plate; sprinkle with seasonings. Cover and microwave on high for 5 minutes.
