Breakfast casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 Pound Bacon Crisp and crumble
  • 1 medium Onion Chopped and saute
  • 6-8 Eggs Beaten
  • 4 Cups Frozen hash browns Thawed
  • 2 Cups Cheddar Shredded
  • 1 1/2 Cups Small curd cottage cheese
  • 1 1/4 Cups Shredded Swiss cheese

Instructions

  1. Combine all in greased 13 x 9 pan
  2. Bake at 350 for 35 - 40 minutes
  3. Let stand 10 minutes before cutting
