Hunter’s Breakfast

Ingredients

  • 1 pound sausage browned and drained
  • 1 package Hash Browns diced
  • 1 dozen Eggs beaten
  • 1 cup milk
  • 12 Eggs
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Lightly grease a slow cooker. Place 1/2 package of frozen hash browns in a layer on the bottom. Layer 1/2 of the sausage and cheese. Add rest of hash browns and then rest of sausage and cheese. Mix eggs with milk, add salt and pepper to taste. Pour over sausage/hash browns. Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours.
