Breakfast Casserole

Ingredients

  • 10 Oz bag hash browns
  • 9-10 eggs
  • 8 oz shredded cheese
  • 1/2 pint half and half
  • 1 lb sausage cook

Instructions

  1. Spray pan with Pam
  2. Spread the hash browns on the bottom
  3. break eggs into bowl and stir but a little over the hash browns
  4. and 1/2 of the cheese
  5. and 1/2 and 1/2
  6. break up sausage sprinkle on top
  7. sprinkle with rest of cheese
  8. refrigerate over night
  9. cook uncovered at 350 for 50-55 min.
