Quick banana breakfast to go
Ingredients
- 2 cups Blueberries fresh or frozen
- 2 Bananas sliced
- 1/2 cups old-fashioned rolled oats
- 1/2 cups pomegranate juice
- 2 tablespoon walnuts chopped
- 1 tablespoon sunflower seeds raw
- 2 tablespoons currants dried
Instructions
- Combine all the ingrediants in a small microwave-proof bowl.
- Heat in the microwave for 3 minutes.
- Note: For on the go, combine all the ingrediants in a resealable container & eat later, either hot or cold.
