Breakfast English Muffins

Ingredients

  • 1 jar English Cheddar cheese
  • 1 stick Butter
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 lb bulk sausage browned and drained
  • 12 English muffins

Instructions

  1. Mix the English cheddar, butter, red pepper, and garlic powder. Add the sausage (already browned and drained). Spread the mixture on English muffins and place under broiler until bubbly and brown. May be frozen in bags until needed then place under broiler. May be served whole or cut into 1/4s or 1/2s for breakfast or appetizers.
