Smoked Salmon Breakfast
Ingredients
- 1 each Light Multigrain English Muffin
- 2 tbsp Fat Free Cream Cheese
- 1 1/2 ounces Smoked Salmon
- 2 slices Red Onion Thinly Sliced
- 1/2 tsp Capers
- 1/2 tsp Fresh Dill Chopped
Instructions
- Toast the muffin. Spread the cream cheese over the muffin. Top with salmon, onion, capers, dill and muffin top.
