Ingredients

  • 1 each Light Multigrain English Muffin
  • 2 tbsp Fat Free Cream Cheese
  • 1 1/2 ounces Smoked Salmon
  • 2 slices Red Onion Thinly Sliced
  • 1/2 tsp Capers
  • 1/2 tsp Fresh Dill Chopped

Instructions

  1. Toast the muffin. Spread the cream cheese over the muffin. Top with salmon, onion, capers, dill and muffin top.
