Breakfast Hash
Ingredients
- 4 cups hash browns shredded
- 2 cups cheddar cheese grated
- 1 pkg bacon strips cooked & crumbled
- 8-10 eggs
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 6 Tbsp milk
Instructions
- Place hash browns on bottom of a greased 9 x 13 pan. Top with cheese and bacon.
- Mix eggs, salt, pepper & milk together. Pour over top of cheese and bacon.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 30-45 minutes (until egg is all cooked)
- If using frozen hash browns it will take longer to cook. Thawing beforehand is better.
- Can use ham or sausage instead of bacon.
