Yogurt Waffles Or Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 3 Eggs
  • 2 cups Yogurt low fat
  • 0.25 cup Canola Oil
  • 2 cups Gluten-free flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking soda
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.3333 cup Splenda (optional)

Instructions

  1. Heat waffle iron or griddle.
  2. Combine wet ingredients (egg, yogurt, oil) and set aside.
  3. Combine dry ingredients (flour, baking soda, splenda, salt) in large bowl.
  4. Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients
