Breakfast English Muffin Sandwhich

Ingredients

  • 1 Whole wheat English Muffins
  • 1/4 small avocado
  • 2 thin slices ham
  • 1 slice Low-Fat Swiss Cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Slice English muffin in half, put in toaster. Spread avocado on half of muffin; salt and pepper to taste. Place cheese and ham on top of avocado, then top with other half of muffin.
