Hashbrown breakfast casserole

Ingredients

  • 6 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 6 oz cheddar cheese
  • 1 lb sausage
  • frozen hash brown patties

Instructions

  1. Line a 8x8 glass baking dish with frozen hash browns.
  2. Sprinkle hash browns with fried, drained and crumbled sausage.
  3. Mix eggs and milk and pour over meat and hash browns. Top with cheese
  4. best prepared night before and refrigerated.
  5. Cook at 350 for 45-1 hour.
