Morning Lift-Off
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 ts Egg substitute or 1 egg
- 1/2 c Cooked oatmeal
- 3 sm Bananas
- 2 c Orange juice,fresh-squeezed
- 1/4 c Firm tofu
- Plus 2 tablespoons water
- 1 tb Honey
- 1/4 c Grape nuts cereal*
Instructions
- * In place of Grape Nuts, use brown rice cereal, oats, shredded wheat, or any other favorite grain cereal. Place all ingredients in a blender and Mix on medium speed for 1 minutes.
