Keto Breakfast Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Italian Sausage
  • 4 Egg Whites
  • 2 Eggs
  • 2/3 cup Reduced Sodium Vegetable Broth
  • 2/3 cup Parmesan Cheese
  • 1/4 cup Pesto Sauce
  • 1/4 cup Roasted Red Peppers
  • 1/4 Tsp Salt
  • Pinch of Pepper

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat oveb to 400 & grease pan
  2. 2. Cook sausage, drain fat, then spread on bottom of pan
  3. 3. Whisk all remaining ingredients, poar over sausage.
  4. 4. Bakes eggs for about 30-35 minutes
