Keto Breakfast Casserole
Ingredients
- 1 lb Italian Sausage
- 4 Egg Whites
- 2 Eggs
- 2/3 cup Reduced Sodium Vegetable Broth
- 2/3 cup Parmesan Cheese
- 1/4 cup Pesto Sauce
- 1/4 cup Roasted Red Peppers
- 1/4 Tsp Salt
- Pinch of Pepper
Instructions
- 1. Preheat oveb to 400 & grease pan
- 2. Cook sausage, drain fat, then spread on bottom of pan
- 3. Whisk all remaining ingredients, poar over sausage.
- 4. Bakes eggs for about 30-35 minutes
