Day 3 Breakfast- Banana Bake

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1 tsp stevia
  • 1 bananas mashed
  • 1/4 cup low fat milk
  • 10 gram nut butter melted
  • pinch sea salt

Instructions

  1. 1- Preheat oven to 385 F.
  2. 2- Combine dry ingredients, then add wet and pour into a greased ramekin.
  3. 3- Bake for 20 minutes or until firm.
  4. 4- Once firm set our oven to grill setting and grill for 3 more minutes or until crispy on top.
