Ingredients

  • 2 c Chopped fresh pineapple
  • 1 c Frozen raspberries; thawed
  • 1 c Lowfat vanilla yogurt
  • 1 Firm banana; peeled and
  • 1/3 c Chopped dates
  • 1/4 c Sliced almonds; toasted

Instructions
