Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup Hemp Plus Granola
  • 1/3 cup Liberte coconut yogurt
  • 1/2 cup Organic blueberries frozen
  • 2 tablespoon Holy Crap packaged in organics granola aisle
  • 1 tablespoon Organic cold press Hemp Oil In cooler with yogurt
  • 1 cup water dethaw the blueberries in microwave

Instructions

  1. dethaw blueberries in cup of water for 1 min.
  2. add yogurt, top with granola and holy crap and a spurt of hemp oil. mix and eat
