Overnight French Toast

Ingredients

  • 1 stick Butter
  • 1 1/3 cups Brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 6 slices Bread
  • 6 Eggs
  • 1 3/4 cup Half-and-half cream
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla

Instructions

  1. Place 6 slices of white bread on top. Beat eggs. Add half and half plus vanilla. Beat. Pour over bread. Cover with foil & refrigerate overnight. Bake 325 degrees for 45 min.
