Healthy Monkey Morning Oatmeal
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup old fashioned oats
- 2/3 cup water
- 1 medium banana
- 4 tablespoons 1% low-fat milk
- 2 tablespoons low-fat peanut butter
- cinnamon
Instructions
- Put oats in a microwave safe bowl. Pour in water and microwave as directed. Once done, take out of the microwave and thinly slice the banana into the mix. Mash/stir. Add in the peanut butter, milk and cinnamon. Mix until desired consistency. EAT! :).
