Healthy Monkey Morning Oatmeal

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup old fashioned oats
  • 2/3 cup water
  • 1 medium banana
  • 4 tablespoons 1% low-fat milk
  • 2 tablespoons low-fat peanut butter
  • cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Put oats in a microwave safe bowl. Pour in water and microwave as directed. Once done, take out of the microwave and thinly slice the banana into the mix. Mash/stir. Add in the peanut butter, milk and cinnamon. Mix until desired consistency. EAT! :).
