Breakfast Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 handful Mixed greens
- 4 stalks Celery chopped
- 1/2 Cucumber
- 1 tablespoon Hemp seeds
- 1 tablespoon Chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon Flax seeds
- 1 cup Almond milk
- 1/2 cup Frozen berry mix
Instructions
- Prep dry ingredients in mason jars ahead of time, chop items the night before and blend in the morning.
