Ingredients

  • 1 handful Mixed greens
  • 4 stalks Celery chopped
  • 1/2 Cucumber
  • 1 tablespoon Hemp seeds
  • 1 tablespoon Chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon Flax seeds
  • 1 cup Almond milk
  • 1/2 cup Frozen berry mix

Instructions

  1. Prep dry ingredients in mason jars ahead of time, chop items the night before and blend in the morning.
